Day-to-day, women are bound by busy schedules and full routines, with little time to focus on, nurture, or give back to what fuels the fire and beauty: their bodies.
Women are made fierce through tender, grace-filled, hard-working, and loving vessels. It is our duty and gift to keep ourselves strong in every sense of the word.
I have pregnancy, postpartum, & general training programs offered and customized to enhance and enable your greatest self. Come forth and allow yourself to PUT ON STRENGTH.

Personal training
One on one training based on needs, preferences, & goals of client. Client-centered approach with education and training on benefits of resistance-focused movements to increase functional participation & execution of daily activities.
prenatal training/labor prep
Prenatal strength training to support a developing fetus and mother. Maximize function, limit pain, adapt activities, and prep women for labor during each trimester.

postnatal recovery & training
Recover fully with postnatal training that will address pelvic floor, functional participation in ADLs, & return to work and higher-level daily routines. My purpose here is to re-establish the body in the most holistic way to allow each client to return to their daily demands & favorite activities without guessing about what’s possible or feeling defeated and discouraged in their body. Any references & resources needed that are out of my scope of practice will be provided based on client-needs & requests. These include but are not limited to: local pelvic floor physical therapists, women’s health psychologist, & perinatal/postnatal counselors).

Prayerful journeying
Spirituality is at the root of us all. I’m here to journey with you in whatever capacity you need/prefer for a holistic approach to training. I can offer conjugal prayer, weekly scripture, praise & worship warm-ups & cool downs, guided spiritual meditations, & a listening ear. I am a strong advocate for mental health & want every individual to know they are freely & fully loved.
